RENReTAL TURNOVER
Rental Turnover
We can come take care of everything that needs to be done between guests at your vacation rental. Simply let us know the time frame that you need us to be in and out (with 48 hours notice) and we’ll get everything back to perfect. We prefer to have ongoing relationships with spaces, where we can see what your status quo is, and make sure to always aim for it or higher.
Charge: $50 cleaning fee, as charged through rental program to your guests.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Our team members Jen and Chris are both professional photographers and can come into your space and put together an extensive photography portfolio to share the beauty of your home with the world. We will manage an extensive photoshoot, and provide a package of 20 images fully edited. Sources document professional photography increasing your bookings by 24% and your profit up to 40%

Our team has experts in interior design, short term rental pricing, local attractions, and hospitality.
Let us know what you need help with, and we will come in and help you maximize the way your space is laid out for guests, the ideal pricing structure to maximize profit, and/or design a complete hospitality experience to delight and welcome your guests.
We honour the uniqueness of Victoria: it’s local landscapes, arts scene, architecture, history, local food, and numerous festivals celebrations and events. We can share what we love about Victoria with every guest through curated experiences.
COMPLETE MANAGEMENT
For clients who would like to be completely hands off with their short term rentals, we can manage every element of your rental experience. This would include client management, booking and scheduling, cleaning, and curating experiences for guests.
Our team is made up of long running Superhosts on Airbnb who have run highly successful and praised airbnbs in Halifax, Victoria, and Vancouver. The level of participation in designing the feeling, process, and experience of your space is up to you.
